If you're looking for truth, guidance, support and hope...
I understand. Rooted in wellness, I treat the person, not the disease. I am a nutrition therapist specializing in eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating/emotional eating and orthorexia. My goal is to help you find confidence in your eating decisions, tolerance with the process of change and acceptance of your body. I also provide nutrition counseling to adolescents, women and men for weight management, sports nutrition, sensory eating, IBS, vegetarian/vegan diets, cardiovascular nutrition and overall nutritional wellness. Having worked in the behavioral health field since 1999, I am experienced and sensitive to the needs of individuals who may struggle with mood, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and dissociative disorders, and I collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists and physicians. I will diligently work with your team to guide you through recovery to healing. I have maintained a private practice at Buckingham Green in Buckingham, PA, since 2002 and have been a consultant for Delaware Valley University and Project Transition. I am passionate about guiding individuals and families toward healing, health and optimal nutritional wellbeing.
